Step 1: Choose a plan. We offer three health savings account (HSA) plan options that allow your customers to choose between a lower monthly administrative fee and a higher rate of interest on account balances. We also offer flexible spending accounts (FSA), health reimbursement accounts (HRA), VEBA accounts, transportation accounts and other specialized spending accounts.

Step 2: Choose your enrollment method. Choose between our Online Group Service Center for enrollment that’s completed by your client’s human resources team, employee self-enrollment through SelectAccount.com, or an electronic file submission to SelectAccount.

Step 3: Set contribution levels and method. Your customers can choose if their company will fund the employees’ accounts, how they’ll fund those accounts, and the frequency with which they’ll make contributions.

Step 4: Customize a communications strategy. Use our customizable employee communications toolkit to help your clients educate their employees about how to use their spending accounts and to keep them engaged and actively managing those accounts along the way.
