Following are common questions and answers about how to manage the accounts for your group.

Q: How do I add or delete a product from our group profile?

A: If your group is adding a new spending account product or deleting an existing account type, you will need to contact the SelectAccount Group Leader line. Our Client Advocates will help you complete a new Plan Design Guide to initiate the product change.

Q: How do I give someone access to our Online Group Service Center or remove access privileges?

A: The people to whom you assign access are called “Users” within the context of the Online Group Service Center. Only the primary group leader for your organization can add or delete a user. To add a new User:

  • Log in to the Online Group Service Center
  • Select “Users” from the top navigation
  • Within the Users screen, select “Add New User”
  • Enter the name, email address and phone number for the individual
  • Select the role that you are assigning to that person
  • Check the box to acknowledge that this new User will be given access to employee information

To delete a user:

  • Log in to the Online Group Service Center
  • Select “Users” from the top navigation
  • Within the “User Administration” screen, select name of the user to be deleted
  • Select “Remove”
  • Validate the change by selecting “Yes”

Q: How do I view the current administrative fees for our group?

A: You can view the current administrative fees for your group in a few easy steps:

  • Log in to the Online Group Service Center
  • Select “Group” from the top navigation
  • Select the “Fees” tab
  • Select the appropriate billing period
  • Choose to either view and/or print the report

Q: How do I edit our Group Profile?

A: The only User type who can edit the Group Profile is the Group Leader/Admin. To do so, follow these steps:

  • Log in to the Online Group Service Center
  • Select “Group Profile” from the top navigation
  • Select “Edit Group Info”
  • Make changes to the highlighted fields, as needed
  • Click “Save”
