SelectAccount Employee Code of Conduct

All employees of SelectAccount are expected to conduct business responsibly and with great integrity. As part of this expectation, every employee is required to abide by our corporate Code of Conduct.

Highlights of the Code of Conduct are as follows:

  • Conflict of Interest. All employees have a duty to avoid financial, business or other relationships that put them at odds with SelectAccount’s and our customer’s interests.
  • Confidential information and propriety information. All employees must maintain a strict standard of confidentiality to protect confidential and proprietary information, including member protected information and competitor-sensitive information.
  • Antitrust. SelectAccount is also committed to complying with all antitrust laws.These laws prohibit such things as price fixing, market allocation, group boycotts, price discrimination, and monopolization.
  • Accounting and accurate record keeping. Employees maintain rigid internal controls to ensure that transactions are properly executed and recorded.
  • Fraud, waste and abuse prevention, detection and correction. SelectAccount is committed to identifying, preventing, correcting and reporting fraud, waste and abuse.
  • False claims and anti-kickback laws. Employees take all steps necessary to ensure that all information submitted to the government is truthful and accurate.
